Appointments are approximately 30 - 45 minutes long and you will have 30 minutes continuously with our therapists.  WE DO NOT DOUBLE BOOK CLIENTS.  

Massage appointments are only 30 minutes long.

Our physiotherapists try to stay on time so your arrival at your designated appointment time would be appreciated.

Confirmation of Appointments

For our mutual benefit, we always ring to confirm your appointment if it was made more than 24 hours prior.  If you have a preference for the method of contact eg:  phone or email or do not require a confirmation call/ please inform our receptionist on your next visit.

Cancellations

To help our practice run smoothly and allow us to provide appointments for clients in need, please notify us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Treatment of Multiple Areas

Please let our receptionist or your physiotherapist know when making your booking or at the beginning of your appointment if you have more than one problem.  We will endeavour to care for all your needs in a treatment session but longer sessions may need to be scheduled to adequately assess and manage multiple problems.
