Pilates is a form of gentle exercise that uses simple, fluid movements to stimulate the activity of the deep muscles (also known as the core muscles) to improve movements.

Classes run for 50 minutes and you must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted
Class sizes are kept small to ensure each individual receives the appropriate level of monitoring, assistance, support and progression.
What to bring?
- Exercise Mat (can be purchased through our clinic for $55 (ex gst)
- Comfortable, loose fitting clothing
- Water bottle and towel
